Office Administrator

Heidi Booys received her National Diploma in Public Management from CPUT in 2005 and continued her career in Administration, gaining experience in Financial accounts, Administration and Warehouse Management within the Supply Chain and Marine Engineering sectors.

Heidi joined Nouum in 2017 in the capacity of Office Administrator.

Her responsibilities include coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, as well asĀ  creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Submitting timely reports to auditors/book keepers. Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.

She is well-equipped on ERP systems ( SAP, Syspro, pastel and Active retail) and is highly proficient in budgeting, costing, sales processors, marketing, customer service, communication and administrative tasks.
